Thomas is a multi-award winning screenwriter, director & editor of film, television and commercials. His debut feature film This is Going To Be Big (Netflix) premiered at the Melbourne International Film Festival where it claimed the Audience Award and Emerging Jury Award before its international premiere at BFI London Film Festival.

His screenwriting, feature and narrative work has supported by ScreenAustralia, VicScreen, MIFF Premiere Fund, Netflix, ABC, SBS, and through Fremantle Media, Truce Films and Matchbox Pictures. His work has been nominated for 2 x AACTA Awards, Best Direction from the Directors Guild and was awarded Best Feature Film from AIDC.

For Commerical work, he is represented by Truce films having previously worked as a staff Director, Story Developer and Editor for Vice Australia & AFL On Demand. Originally from Tasmania, Thomas holds both Irish and Australian citizenship. He is currently based in Melbourne and is available to work around the world.
